We have all heard of the importance of user experience. Technology today allows us to give our potential customers an experience well before they experience even our products. The user experience begins with marketing.

 

After growing up in the restaurant business, I studied Psychology and Business Management at Boston University, and later opened my own restaurant. I’ve since furthered my entrepreneurial exploits in the cyberworld with my online magazine/community, AZCulture, and several other online projects. Being front and center with the “end user” has given me a healthy dose of the importance of the customer experience and has honed my marketing philosophy, which stresses a deep understanding your target audience, which allows you to deliver an experience that will strike passion and engagement.

Palmer Saylor

When I.M. Pei installed his glass pyramid at the entrance to the Louvre in 1988, the French did not receive it well. However, this juxtaposition of new world against old world architecture not only illustrates man’s divergence in architecture, it defines a new collective esthetic. I love this juxtaposition in so many different expressions such as architecture, music and especially graphic design and art.

 

Soon after attending the San Francisco and Cleveland Institutes of Art, and earning a BFA from CCAD on a merit scholarships, I worked as an art director for 3 niche production companies. With traditional artistic skills and creative thinking, I make my signature mark on the graphics field where these 2 skillsets converge. This is my contemporary conservative approach to design.

Alex Koupal

I’ve always had a mind for problem solving through creativity. Looking at the way things work, finding a more effective and efficient way of doing those things and improving the end product as a result. I believe my creative approach to sales and business has helped me excel in all industries, able to find creative solutions for clients that not only satisfy a need, but creates a positive experience. I graduated from California State University Fresno, with a B.S. in Business Management, Minor in Entrepreneurship and have worked in sales and marketing over a broad range of industries, from health and nutrition, agriculture, medical, telecom, entertainment, events and even monster trucks!
